I was am a first time homebuyer who hired this outfit to come and inspect the heating and air conditioning systems (during the general inpection). This additional inspection ended up revealing problems I would otherwise not have known. It will end up saving me about $1600. Mike from All American was the guy who did it. He showed up on short notice and a relatively cheap price. The work was thorough and he was professional. He asked me to rate him on this service b/c he believes it is important to have customer feedback on the site. That's why I'm doing this. I guess the bottom line is I'd hire him again.
